Service Scope
DigitalBrandCraft provides branding strategy, competitive intelligence, multi-channel marketing architecture, visual identity design, brand equity auditing, content strategy, social media architecture, brand analytics, and corporate rebranding services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a mutually agreed project brief or statement of work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. Generally, a 50% deposit is required upon project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final work product. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work product transfer to the client. DigitalBrandCraft retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, and tools used during delivery remain the property of DigitalBrandCraft.
Limitation of Liability
DigitalBrandCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from external market factors beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
DigitalBrandCraft is committed to delivering high-quality branding and digital strategy services. This Refund & Reimbursement Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for services rendered from our office at VIA SAN GIOVANNI BOSCO 1, 24030 VALBREMBO, Italy.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, the client is entitled to a full refund of any deposits or advance payments made. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Cancellation During Active Projects
For projects cancelled after work has begun, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The client will be invoiced for all work performed up to the cancellation date, and any excess payment will be refunded within 30 business days.
Deliverable Disputes
If a delivered work product does not meet the specifications outlined in the agreed project brief, the client must notify DigitalBrandCraft within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will review the dispute and, if justified, revise the deliverable at no additional cost. If revision is not possible, a partial or full refund will be issued at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (such as stock imagery, font licenses, printing, or advertising spend) are non-refundable. Strategy consulting hours that have been delivered and documented are also non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days via the original payment method. For international wire transfers, processing times may vary. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference number and reason for the request.
